The Seller can accept the Customer's order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the goods within five days.

Delivery, Delivery Restrictions, Reservation of Ownership
The Seller reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Prices and Payment Conditions
The prices stated are final prices including VAT. Various payment options are available to the Customer, which are indicated in the Seller's online shop.

Disclaimer of Liability for Delivery
The Seller assumes no liability for damages or losses that occur during delivery. The risk passes to the Customer upon handover of the goods to the transport company.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal. A right to return the goods is also excluded.

Liability for Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable, or become ineffective or unenforceable after the conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract remains unaffected.
